Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant field; master’s preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in multifamily or affordable housing development or asset management.
• Experience leading complex real estate projects with teams and partners.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate development and asset management teams end-to-end.
• Oversee development lifecycle from site acquisition to stabilization.
• Structure and oversee financing using LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HOME, and grants.
• Represent RMC in meetings, reporting to the Board, and external partnerships.
