Job summary

Harvard University FAS Human Resources is seeking a Senior Leadership Engagement lead to coordinate itineraries, meetings with the President, Provost, and FAS leaders, and align activities with fundraising goals.

The role includes managing two assistants and a coordinator, overseeing data management, and partnering with AA&D leadership on trips, briefings, and events. Strong program management and donor-relations experience are essential for success in this hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of 8 years relevant work experience; preferably in a fundraising and/or academic environment.
• Proven ability in project management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Occasionally work additional evening, weekend hours, and limited travel.
• This job is hybrid, requiring specific days in office each week.

Responsibilities

• Develop fiscal-year plans for FAS academic leaders and administrators, including virtual visits, travel plans, event participation, and other development needs.
• Partner with FAS management and regional leads to engage donors, volunteers, and prospects, establishing reporting criteria and prioritizing leadership time.
• Manage two assistant directors and a coordinator.
• Oversee data management, audits, reporting, and collaboration with operations to improve data practices.
• Lead meetings with AA&D leadership on leadership engagement with donors, prospects, and alumni.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, briefings, and event logistics for senior leaders and offices.
• Maintain relationships with FAS offices to schedule and coordinate AA&D activities.
