Qualifications

• Knowledge of deposit products, FDIC insurance mechanics, and institutional cash management.
• Ability to translate financial structures into clear narratives for decision-makers and boards.
• Experience with CRM discipline and pipeline management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional prospect pipeline and relationship portfolio in CRM with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Prepare prospect profiles including deposit potential, investment policy considerations, and relationship strategies.
• Develop and coordinate institutional deposit pricing proposals, rate scenarios, and yield analyses with Finance and Deposit leadership.
• Support business development by creating placement proposals, insured deposit structures, treasury solutions, and RFP responses.
• Identify and cultivate specialty deposit opportunities (escrow, fiduciary, community development, structured deposits).
• Coordinate onboarding and product implementation with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
