Job summary

RiverSpring seeks a Workforce Development Project Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance across workforce initiatives. The role also coordinates mentorship and trainee engagement while liaising with clinical operations, HR, educators, and partners.

The ideal candidate will handle outreach to strengthen community partnerships, drive workforce pipelines, and promote organizational services, contributing to business growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, HR, business administration, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant healthcare, workforce development, HR, recruitment, or program coordination experience may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare, workforce development, HR, education, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, and computer skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and trainee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OSOS reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce development initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate mentorship and trainee engagement; assist with retention activities.
• Serve as liaison among clinical operations, HR, trainees, and partners; promote organizational services.
• Conduct public outreach to strengthen community partnerships, workforce pipelines, and lead generation.
