Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, HR, business, or a related field preferred.
• An Associate degree with relevant healthcare, workforce development, HR, recruitment, or program coordination experience may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare, workforce development, HR, education, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, or program coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, and computer skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and trainee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn OSOS and HR systems.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Workforce Development Project Coordinator – Immediate Opportunity

Bronx, New York

RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency is seeking a Workforce Development Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York.RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.

Position Summary

The Workforce Development Project Coordinator supports workforce development initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, documentation, compliance monitoring, mentorship coordination, trainee engagement, retention activities, and NYS OSOS reporting. The position performs general Human Resources support functions and serves as a liaison among clinical operations, Human Resources, trainees, educational and community partners. The Coordinator conducts public outreach to strengthen community partnerships, workforce pipelines, recruitment efforts, organizational visibility, and sales initiatives, including lead generation, referral development, promotion of organizational services, and identification of new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant healthcare, workforce development, human resources, recruitment, or program coordination experience may be considered.
