Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Workforce Health Program Manager to promote worker well-being and support occupational health initiatives across Riverside and community clinics. You will lead program development, coordinate with the Medical Director, and drive performance improvements in both immediate care and workforce health services.

The role emphasizes operations management, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance within OSHA, HIPAA, and CPT coding standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of medical practice or office management experience including at least two years in a health care organization.
• OSHA, EEO, ADA, and HIPAA knowledge required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
• Breath Alcohol, Drug Screen, Spirometry (NIOSH) and Hearing conservation (CAOHC) certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration or related field required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develops all aspects of the Occupational Health Program, including policies and procedures.
• Coordinates the Occupational Health Program with the Medical Director and promotes awareness within the community.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates program effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of multiple Immediate Care and Workforce Health Clinic locations; supervises staff.
• Monitors staff training, education, and performance improvement activities.
• Manages cash, budgets, and financial reporting; identifies new business opportunities.
