As our Training Manager, you will provide visionary leadership for our entire training ecosystem. Operating at the core of organizational growth, you will partner across departments to manage our Relias LMS, coordinate the Riverbend Training Committee, support critical accreditation and audit processes, and champion comprehensive onboarding and continuing education programs that elevate staff performance and patient outcomes.

Why Join Us?

Make a real impact—every single day. Join one of the state’s largest and most respected community mental health providers, where your work directly changes the lives of local individuals and families. • Oversee continuing education processes, training records, accreditation and documentation.

  • Design, implement and continuously update a comprehensive onboarding training curriculum to ensure compliance with state, federal and CCBHC regulations, organizational standards, and workforce development needs.

  • Support internship, workforce development, grant, and partnership initiatives.

  • Oversee internal trainer development, curriculum design, and training evaluation processes. Leverage evaluation data to enhance educational content, address learning gaps, design, develop, or coordinate training solutions to meet organizational needs.
