Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Administrator to coordinate project execution from handover through completion, partnering with Project Managers, Sales, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to ensure projects are established, financially maintained, and effectively managed.

This on-site hybrid role in Houston, TX or Richmond, VA requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supporting project management and project engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, register, and maintain project, rental, and component orders.
• Ensure project documentation and required information are complete and accurate prior to handover.
• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle from setup to completion.
• Coordinate activities across Project Management, Sales, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Maintain project financial data and support accurate project reporting.
• Process invoicing milestones, forecast updates, and backlog management.
