Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Management & Engineering organization by coordinating execution from handover through completion. You will work with Project Managers, Sales, Accounting, Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure projects are established, financially maintained and managed throughout lifecycle.

This on-site hybrid role is based in Houston, TX or Richmond, VA, and offers opportunities in project administration, coordination,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supporting project management in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, PM, Purchasing, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, register, and maintain project, rental, and component orders.
• Support project teams across the lifecycle from setup through completion.
• Maintain project financial data and assist with invoicing milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate claims, purchasing, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Assist with invoice approvals, time entry, and operational issue resolution.
