Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Administrator to support our Project Management & Engineering organization by coordinating project execution from project handover through completion.

This on-site hybrid role is based in Houston, TX or Richmond, VA, and you will partner with Project Managers, Sales, Accounting, Engi­neering and Operations to ensure projects are established, financially maintained, and executed with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field.
• Min 3 years in project mgmt/engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain project, rental, and component orders.
• Ensure documentation is complete before handover.
• Support projects from setup to completion.
• Coordinate activities across PM, Sales, Accounting, Eng, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Maintain project financial data and reporting.
• Track invoicing milestones and forecasts.
• Assist with cost tracking and budget monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
