Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar.
• 3+ years in Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation.
• Ability to manage a significant caseload independently.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiff cases from inception through resolution.
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop strong legal strategies.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trials.
• Maintain exceptional communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered.
• Collaborate with our team of case managers.
• Pursue professional development and stay current on workers' compensation law.
