Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers in South Carolina seeks a passionate Plaintiff Attorney to join our Midlands team. You will independently manage personal injury plaintiff cases from inception through resolution, investigate claims, draft and file documents, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trials.
You will maintain open communication with clients, collaborate with our case managers, and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar Association.
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation.
- Proven ability to manage a significant caseload independently.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
