Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Midlands, South Carolina law firm in hiring a Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Attorney. The attorney will independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution and represent clients at hearings and trials.

The candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the South Carolina Bar, and have 3+ years of verifiable experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation, with excellent research, writing,

A law firm seeks a passionate Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team in the Midlands, South Carolina. The firm is dedicated to advocating for injured workers and providing expert legal representation to navigate the workers' compensation system.

  • Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiff cases from inception through resolution.

Requirements
