Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
• Market available units and manage leasing applications and renewals.
• Process applications and recertifications accurately under LIHTC, HUD.

Skills

Apartment leasing experience

Customer service skills

Proficiency in Yardi or similar

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Education

High school diploma or GED

COS or TCS certification desired
