Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Greenville, NC is seeking an ICS Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to join our Individual and Community Services team. You will guide the appropriate support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Greenville area, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience.
• Qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.
• Reliable transportation throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development, implementation, and day-to-day management of assigned IC programs.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that support positive outcomes.
• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitor program budgets and resources for fiscal responsibility.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and support staff for program success.
