Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, full-time ICS Program Manager to guide support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their own homes in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Regular travel within the service area is anticipated.

You will lead and manage program operations, ensure high-quality, person-centered care, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee budgets, and supervise staff to advance ESPH’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Credentials to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.
• Reliable transportation to cover service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership, development, implementation and operations of assigned ICs programs.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Provide fiscal oversight and supervise staff in line with ESPH policies and strategic objectives.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with ESPH values.
