Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health seeks an ICS Program Manager to lead programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Greenville, NC area. The role involves directing services in clients’ homes, with about 1.5 hours travel within the service area.

You will guide support services, ensure quality, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and promote a culture of accountability, commitment, and caring. Hybrid work with travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including residential services.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Pay: Salary starting at $60,000

Do you want work that makes a meaningful difference in your community? Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an ICS Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to join our Individual and Community Services team.

As a Program Manager, you'll bring energy, creativity, and leadership to programs that enrich the lives of the members we support. You will guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Greenville, NC area. There is regular travel involved in the position about 1.5 hours around the service area.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
• A minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience required, including experience in residential services.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
