Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate full-time ICS Program Manager to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Travel within the service area is required.

You will lead the ICS programs' development, implementation, and operations, ensuring person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision in alignment with our values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Must be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid driver's license and insurability; reliable transportation.

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time ICS Program Managerto guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Roanoke, Virginia area. There is regular travel involved in the position about 1.5 hours around the service area.

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development, implementation, and operational management of assigned ICS programs. This position ensures high-quality, person-centered service delivery; regulatory compliance; fiscal oversight; and effective supervision of staff in accordance with Easterseals PORT Health policies, values, and strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
