Easterseals PORT Health in Greenville, NC is seeking an ICS Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead and develop Individual and Community Services programs for people with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure person-centered services, manage budgets, recruit and coach staff, and travel about 1.5 hours around the Greenville service area to deliver community-based supports in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• A minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience required, including experience in residential services.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership, development, implementation, and day-to-day management of assigned IC programs.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that support positive outcomes for individuals served.
• Oversee program operations to maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
• Monitor program budgets and resources to ensure responsible fiscal management.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and support staff to promote professional growth and program success.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment rooted in the values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.
