Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health seeks an ICS Program Manager to lead programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Greenville, NC area. The role involves directing services in clients’ homes, with about 1.5 hours travel within the service area.

You will guide support services, ensure quality, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and promote a culture of accountability, commitment, and caring. Hybrid work with travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including residential services.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development, implementation and day-to-day management of assigned IC programs.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that support positive outcomes.
• Oversee program operations for compliance with regulations, policies and standards.
• Monitor program budgets and resources for responsible fiscal management.
• Recruit, supervise, coach and support staff for growth and program success.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with core values.
