Job summary

The YMCA of the Black Hills in Rapid City seeks a Grants & Impact Reporting Manager for a part-time role (25–30 hours/week). Starting pay is $25+ per hour, DOE, with a hybrid or remote-eligible arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, communications, business, education, social sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in grant writing, grants management, nonprofit development, program evaluation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full grant lifecycle from researching funding opportunities to developing proposals and managing compliance.
• Track budgets, coordinate reporting, and identify renewal opportunities.
• Gather outcomes data and tell compelling stories that demonstrate impact to funders.
