Job summary

Achieve, Inc. seeks a driven Nonprofit Fundraising Manager to lead corporate and individual giving efforts in a brand-new development role. The role combines leadership, donor engagement, and event-driven strategies to grow revenue across South Florida programs and initiatives.

The position is full-time and hybrid, with the office in Miami, FL. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience fundraising for a growing nonprofit.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends (required).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally and perform routine physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct Fundraising/Pipeline Management: CORPORATIONS – 45% responsibilities including stewarding corporate funding partners and renewals.
• Direct Fundraising/Pipeline Management: INDIVIDUAL GIVING – 45% responsibilities including stewarding IG donors and renewals.
• Expected Tactics to be Used to Reach these Goals: proposals, prospect research, meetings and donor engagement.
• Team Support/Collaboration – 10% responsibilities including donor data management and weekly check-ins.
• Other duties as assigned to support Achieve fundraising efforts.
