United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Development Officer to develop, manage, and grow Employee Giving Campaigns by building relationships with new and existing donors.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and fundraising initiatives, including corporate, employee, and individual giving. The role requires at least two years of experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields, plus strong public speaking and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, volunteer management, or related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with Andar CRM/iAttend/eVolunteer and OneCause.
• Public speaking and strong interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to changing situations and analyze industry trends.
• Spanish language not required, but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow United Way Miami Employee Giving Campaigns.
• Build relationships with new and existing donors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Business Solutions to support campaigns.
• Track donor engagement and prepare campaign reporting.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and campaign activities.
