Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in donor recruitment and prior leadership experience, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of donor recruitment experience required.
• Previous management or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mobile recruitment operations scheduling and staff.
• Oversee recruitment programs from development to implementation.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, tools, and guidelines.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for donor recruitment growth.
• Build relationships across departments to align and execute initiatives.
• Support operational success and blood collection goals with executives.
