Job summary

Aquent Talent partners with a leading global healthcare company advancing medical innovation. We seek a dynamic, highly organized project/account manager to drive creative initiatives from concept to completion while ensuring compliant, timely delivery.

You will coordinate requests, manage multiple programs across channels, and act as the primary operations liaison to brand teams and studio leadership, ensuring efficient workflows and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising project or account management.
• Hands-on experience managing pharmaceutical materials through MLR review.
• Familiar with Veeva Vault PromoMats and FDA/OPDP guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate requests into creative briefs, timelines, and resourcing plans.
• Oversee daily production workflow for multiple projects across channels.
• Manage project status, set priorities, and balance resources.
• Serve as operational liaison for brand marketers and studio leadership.
• Coordinate submissions for MLR review and track feedback to approval.
• Route final assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats with compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid deadline impacts.
• Contribute to studio workflow improvements and reporting templates.
