Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a Campaign Development Leader to drive peer-to-peer fundraising programs and manage multiple staff teams across a designated market area. You will build strong relationships with volunteers, donors, and committees while executing an innovative fundraising strategy aligned to the mission of helping blood cancer patients gain more than one million years of life by 2040.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-8 years of relatable fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple staff teams and build relationships with constituents.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage peer-to-peer fundraising teams and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Education Services and Health Research to communicate mission and priorities.
• Oversee local donor cultivation events and national stewardship activities.
