Blood Cancer United seeks a Campaign Development Manager to lead multiple staff teams, build strong relationships with constituents, and implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals in a designated market area. You will work in a mission-centric organization focused on curing blood cancers and improving patients' lives.

Responsibilities include mission integration, staff and volunteer leadership, and driving high-impact fundraising while supporting local events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7-8 years of relatable experience.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mission Integration: communicate Blood Cancer United mission, programs and priorities.
• Staff Leadership & Development: hire, train and guide fundraising staff to exceed revenue goals.
• Volunteer Leadership & Development: recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
• Innovation in High Impact Fundraising: drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising revenue growth.
• Support local donor cultivation events and national stewardship activities.
