Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families facing autism.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans while mentoring RBTs and student analysts in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes conducting FBAs, supervising therapy programs, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in homes/schools/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs across client settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
