Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress for individuals with autism and related challenges.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
