Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
