Abode Communities seeks a Community Manager for Camino Del Mar in Wilmington, CA. The role oversees property operations, compliance with affordable housing guidelines, and budget adherence while supervising onsite staff.

You will ensure asset quality, resident satisfaction, and productive relations with team members. Requires 3+ years in property management and strong knowledge of LIHTC, PBV, and Fair Housing.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
• Experience with Tax Credit, HUD, HOME programs and LIHTC rules.
• Strong knowledge of rent limits, income requirements, and program rules.

Responsabilidades

• Move-In & Move-Out inspections and document unit condition.
• Create unit turn scope including cleaning, paint, flooring, repairs and safety checks.
• Coordinate vendors for maintenance, cleaning, painting and specialists.
• Quality control: ensure completed work meets habitability standards.
• Manage unit turn timelines to minimize vacancy loss.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and communications.
• Assist CES to fill units as available.
