Job summary

Harvest House in Burleson, Texas, is seeking its first Director of Programs to lead the organization’s client-facing services. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Executive Director and will oversee the Pantry, Client Aid, and related programs, building systems, tracking metrics, and ensuring compassionate, mission-driven delivery.

You will partner with community groups, manage budgets and grants, supervise staff, and develop staff while advancing data-driven impact and outcomes aligned

Qualifications

• Management experience in nonprofit or human services.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching.
• Knowledge of program design/evaluation: Logic Models, Theory of Change, outcomes.
• Experience with budgets, grant-funded programs, compliance, data collection and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pantry and Client Aid teams and oversee all client-facing programs.
• Oversee program planning, budgets, metrics, grants, data, SOPs, policies and continuous improvement.
• Develop community partnerships with churches, schools, vendors, agencies and referral partners.
• Ensure grant requirements, licenses, inspections and reporting deadlines are met.
