Job summary

Hill Country Community Action Association, Inc. seeks a Center Director to oversee all activities at the Center, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure quality service delivery across CSBG, Nutrition, Energy, Weatherization, and Aging programs.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with the Aging Services Director, and ability to coordinate referrals, complete intake forms, and monitor program reports; a background in social services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field.
• Ability to supervise staff and volunteers, and coordinate center activities.
• Ability to identify community resources and refer clients.
• Ability to prepare and submit reports on CSBG and program activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and staff supervision.
• Coordinate activities and maintain records for reporting.
• Manage CSBG case management referrals and services.
• Ensure nutrition and aging services workflows and reporting.
• Recruit and train volunteers; promote program participation.
