Job summary

Harvest House in Burleson, TX seeks its first Director of Programs to strengthen existing services, build repeatable systems, and use data to increase impact. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees Pantry and Client Aid, partners with the Executive Team, and drives program design and evaluation.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll manage budgets, grants, and staff, develop staff, and ensure compliance while advancing Harvest House's Christian mission and restoration-focused

Qualifications

• Experience leading nonprofit programs and teams.
• Ability to develop program design and evaluation plans.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen Pantry, Client Aid, and other programs.
• Develop processes, SOPs, budgets, and calendars for all programs.
• Build partnerships with churches, schools, and community partners.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and outcomes measurement.
• Coach and develop staff, foster accountability and collaboration.
