Job summary

City Year Orlando is seeking an Impact Director to lead the Whole School Whole Child strategy within the Impact Department, collaborating with the DSL and IM to advance education partnerships and measurable impact. The role includes coaching AmeriCorps members, managing district relationships, and ensuring fidelity to the WSWC model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Master’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Urban Studies, Youth Work, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience inspiring a diverse team of young adults in education or youth development.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Whole School Whole Child (WSWC) in the Impact Department.
• Maintain positive relationships with school staff and manage district agreements.
• Oversee budget management and SSC learning and development.
• Coach and develop AmeriCorps members (up to 10) and support recruitment.
• Communicate with City Year leadership and stakeholders; support program evaluations.
