Qualifications

• Progressive leadership and supervision in workforce development, higher education, or related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, developing a division-wide program vision, and translating strategy into execution.
• Demonstrated department-level fiscal responsibility, including managing an annual budget.
• Required: valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of a cohesive portfolio of digital skills, retail, and apprenticeship pathways with stackable credentials.
• Standardize eligibility, enrollment, assessment, and credentialing processes across programs.
• Align curricula to employer-validated competencies and apprenticeship standards.
• Direct the instructional leadership framework to ensure consistent performance and quality.
• Oversee partnerships with employers, funders, and community partners to strengthen referrals and opportunities.
