The Human Services division fulfills this mission providing high quality, outcome-oriented services for program participants by utilizing a comprehensive service delivery model covering a broad array of social programs.
This position is predominantly based onsite at Goodwill SWPA's Workforce Development Center, in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. This is not a remote role. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
The Database Coordinator supports data collection, maintenance, and management of Human Service software systems. This position serves as a technical point of contact assisting division management with database testing and training, data migration and collection, and report creation. The Database Coordinator is responsible for multiple system and data source coordination, data analysis, and report development. This role will ensure high-quality data collection, integrity, analysis, and reporting across the organization. In addition, the Database Coordinator will lead database related training and technical support, ensuring users are proficient and systems are aligned with best practices in service delivery. While primarily based at our Pittsburgh headquarters, this role may require occasional travel across the SWPA and NCWV region to engage with program teams and support the divisional database initiatives.
Status: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt.
Location: Lawrenceville Workforce Development Center - 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
External Hiring Range: $52,624 - $57,730.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
Travel: Occasional travel to Goodwill and partner sites may be required.
