Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a Database Coordinator to oversee data collection, maintenance, and reporting across Human Services systems. The role focuses on dashboarding, data migration, and training, with occasional travel to SWPA/NCWV sites.

Based onsite in Pittsburgh at the Lawrenceville Workforce Development Center, the person will partner with program teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting for contracts and compliance. Monday–Friday work hours apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Associates Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelors Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance including problem resolution and feature updates.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
• Support data research and analysis and reporting.
• Lead training programs for database users and create documentation.
• Coordinate feature upgrades and data migrations.
• Provide end-user support and help desk assistance.
