Job summary

Rubicon seeks an Impact Coach to support participants in accessing opportunities and charting paths out of poverty. You will build trusting relationships from intake to graduation, focusing on each participant’s history, skills, and goals, and guide them through career, education, and wellness supports within East Bay communities.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, behavioral health awareness, and collaboration with Rubicon and partner teams to advance participant success.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in identifying behavioral health needs and supporting access to services.
• Strong relationship-building, case management, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel across the East Bay; valid license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Case management: engage participants, assess strengths/needs, develop and update service plans, track progress, and coordinate with partners.
• Monitor program goals, productivity targets, reporting, and progress against objectives.
• Lead service coordination among a multi-disciplinary team and ensure access to community services.
