Job summary

Rubicon Programs is seeking a Reentry Coach to coordinate reentry services for formerly incarcerated residents of Alameda County. The Coach will engage clients, conduct orientations, and support service planning with evening and weekend hours as needed.

Reporting to the Lead Reentry Coach, the role emphasizes partnerships, data collection, and outreach while helping sustain an inclusive, trauma-informed center culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related field; waiver option with relevant certification and experience.
• Three years working with adult reentry population or related field; five years for those without a degree/certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Alameda County.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and group facilitation: be a welcoming point of contact, conduct orientations, meetings, and lead sessions.
• Partnership support: primary contact for CORE partners; coordinate referrals and collaborative meetings.
• Data gathering and use: collect client data at touch points and support reporting.
• Outreach: represent the Center externally and engage community members and potential clients.
