Job summary

Rubicon Programs seeks an Impact Coach to help participants access opportunities and chart a path out of poverty through personalized coaching and strong partnerships. You will build trusting relationships, assess needs, and guide participants toward goals with support from the team.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaborative problem solving, and a dedication to social equity, housing and behavioral health services. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health and housing service settings is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for appointments and meetings.
• Commitment to justice, inclusion, and assisting people in overcoming barriers.

Responsibilities

• Case management: engage participants, assess needs, develop and update service plans, track progress, and connect to resources.
• Service coordination: lead team communication, ensure access to Rubicon and partner services, and coordinate multi-disciplinary supports.
