Job summary

The Pathfinder Network seeks a dedicated facilitator/coach to support cognitive behavioral programming and Parenting Inside Out in Oregon’s correctional context. You will lead classes, deliver coaching, and coordinate with correctional staff to ensure program fidelity and participant progress.

Responsibilities include planning, documentation, and ongoing professional development, with an emphasis on equity, safety, and effective communication in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Experience facilitating groups and adult learners.
• Non-profit experience or criminal justice system exposure preferred.
• Proficient in common software and online tools (databases, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage sustainable program delivery.
• 21+ years of age and eligibility for access to correctional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cognitive behavioral and Parenting Inside Out programming with fidelity.
• Plan and prepare class materials and establish a conducive learning environment.
• Lead classes, provide coaching, and manage support groups as needed.
• Complete documentation and reports for ODOC and The Pathfinder Network.
• Participate in shared leadership and contribute to organizational policies and growth.
