Job summary

Xcel Energy is offering a college-level internship focused on CSR data projects, data systems, and measurement. You’ll work with CyberGrants and Power BI to analyze employee giving, nonprofit partnerships, and community investments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, KPI reporting, and collaboration with the Foundation and Corporate Impact teams. Hybrid schedule and summer full-time availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher; able to work full-time in summer or part-time during the school year
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a related degree
• Able to commute to the designated work location per hybrid policy
• Experience with Excel and data management projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Support foundation data collection and analysis aligned with strategic goals
• Assist development of data dashboards and consolidate sources to track KPIs
• Perform data entry, management and metric reporting in CyberGrants
• Support annual workplace giving campaigns and donor processes
• Assist accounting and finance teams on audits and financial processes
• Help with employee giving programs, including campaigns and matching gifts
