Job summary

Xcel Energy Inc. is seeking a college-level intern to support data-driven CSR projects, focusing on employee giving, nonprofit partnerships, and community investment strategies. You will work with CSR data systems, including CyberGrants and Power BI, to assist in data management, reporting, and KPI analysis.

A hybrid work setting is expected, with in-person days as agreed. Ideal candidates are strong in data analysis and Excel, with a detail-oriented approach and interest in corporate social

Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university and pursuing a related degree
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week) with in-person hybrid work
• Experience with Excel and data management projects

Responsibilities

• Support foundation data collection and analysis aligned with goals and performance requirements
• Develop data dashboards and consolidate data sources to manage KPIs
• Complete data entry and metric reporting in CyberGrants
• Assist in annual workplace giving campaigns including donor support and data entry
• Support accounting and finance teams on audits and financial processes
• Assist in employee giving programs and create process documents
