Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks an Analyst in the Schooling Program & Services team to provide analysis, program management, and coordination across K–12 initiatives and external experiences.

The role supports the Schooling Office, High School Office, and Alumni & Scholarships, translating priorities into managed workstreams, tracking timelines, and preparing executive reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, data analysis, program management, or education operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience using AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyses that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support Schooling Office and external programs with data, scheduling, and policy coordination.
• Coordinate across teams to plan milestones, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement data-informed decisions.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and standard work to improve consistency and turnaround.
