We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! The mission of Success Academy is to reimagine public education. From the classroom to the halls of government, this means finding profoundly different approaches to how we structure, implement and support learning. We re-conceive every aspect of school design, from writing rigorous new curricula to drawing regularly on the advances in technology and business that are transforming every sector except education.
Over the past decade, Success Academy has grown faster than any charter network in the nation, building a vibrant network of 59 elementary, middle and high schools. Our over 20,000 children – mostly poor and minority – are out-performing students at top city and suburban schools across New York State. Within the next decade, our goals are even more ambitious, bringing transformational change here and across the country.
Within this mission, the Schooling Program & Services organization brings together the shared capabilities required to operate a network of world-class schools into a single, clearly organized structure. Across every pillar, the organization operates with disciplined execution, defined KPIs, strong data systems, and AI-enabled processes that shift repetitive work to systems, reserving talent for the judgment, analysis, and decision-making the work genuinely requires.
We are seeking an Analyst, Schooling Program & Services to provide the analysis, program management, and cross-functional coordination that enable world-class support for schools, educators, and scholars. The role will primarily support two areas: the Schooling Office, which operates across K–12 and includes a dedicated High School Office, and Scholar External Experiences, Alumni & Scholarships.
The Analyst, Schooling Program & Services will help leaders translate priorities into well-managed workstreams by coordinating timelines and deliverables, tracking progress and risks, responding to School Leader needs, and preparing clear reporting for leadership. The role will support work spanning the K–12 operating cadence, schooling policies and processes, High School Office priorities, and External Programs, Alumni & Scholarships, while contributing to broader Schooling Program & Services priorities as needed.
The organization manages its work through clear goals, timelines, and measures of performance. The Analyst, Schooling Program & Services will help make progress and risks visible by monitoring deliverables and response times to schools and Network partners, working with data and analytics partners to prepare actionable analysis, and developing monthly executive reporting and updates on key initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates with autonomy, and communicates effectively across stakeholders. The Analyst, Schooling Program & Services will work across Schooling and with key Network partners, using AI and other tools to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement.
