Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks an Associate Analyst in Client Compensation Processing Operations to deliver expert solutions for middle and back‑office inquiries and to expedite advisor commission payments.

You will become a subject matter expert in payout rules, sponsor billing, and research of payments, supporting financial advisors and ensuring timely, accurate compensation while coordinating with internal stakeholders and fund companies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations roles.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Client Compensation Operations processing and procedures.
• Serve as dedicated liaison, taking ownership of Client Compensation escalations.
• Process transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring accurate and timely payments flow to financial advisors and their firms.
• Own and supervise firm-wide, multi-department projects to build or enhance experience workflows related to the department.
• Proactively review audit controls to mitigate risk, remove redundant requirements, and increase transparency with audit partners.
• Proactively assist with large-scale projects and transformation efforts.
• Plan and champion initiatives that enhance the advisor experience and positively impact the broader LPL organization.
