Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Financial Service Professional to support top advisors within our Premium Support Pod. You will handle complex inquiries, own resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve advisor experience.

The role requires SIE within 90 days, solid MS Office skills, and 3+ years in customer service. Prior LPL experience and Beta testing are a plus, with a competitive hourly pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Trained in New Accounts, Direct Business, Account Transfers, and Move Money.
• SIE required within 90 days.
• MS Office skills; Beta experience preferred.
• Customer focus, verbal and written communication skills, work ethic, and organized.
• 3+ years of previous customer service experience.
• 1+ year of LPL experience in the Service Center, S360+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support top advisors within the Premium Support Pod model.
• Research complex situations and define actions to resolve inquiries.
• Complete operational tasks including data input and escalation handling.
• Communicate with internal departments to improve processes.
• Monitor email and respond in a timely manner; assist with team projects.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and change.
