Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in the brokerage, accounting, or financial services industry.

• 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• FBVA Direct Debit Fee processing
• Coordination with the annuity carriers and other internal departments for processing and payouts
• Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Handle escalated items in a timely and accurate manner
• Research and resolve FBVA Direct Debit fee inquiries and issues
• Identify processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
• Updating/maintaining accurate policy and procedure documents
