Job summary

You will own the regional portfolio, foster senior‑level relationships, and ensure P&L delivery while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

This role requires extensive pharma experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of sales, marketing, or managed care experience in pharma.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years building and managing customer relationships.
• Residency in the region with ability to travel up to 50% including overnight trips.
• Ability to develop regional strategic plans, omnichannel strategies, and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics, providers, IDNs, and access/reimbursement.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and driving results.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing regional team to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure trusted communications across all touchpoints.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders for strategy support.
• Align account plans with payer considerations to optimize access and reimbursement.
• Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets.
• Communicate a customer‑centric vision across large teams and motivate collaboration.
• Contribute to national strategy on cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business.
• Maximize potential through payer, patient, and HCP interactions.
• Provide input to annual financial goals for the assigned base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
